Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Wyatt Wylde, customer satisfaction is our priority. We’re happy to offer refunds on full-priced items provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Return the item within the 14-day period of receiving the dress.
  • You will be provided with a shipping label via our returns portal. 
  • Free exchanges.

    Returns have a $10 AUD / $9 USD / £5 GBP shipping fee deducted from your refund.

    PLEASE NOTE
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags attached
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions, including those with makeup stains, will be rejected and returned to the customer
  • Sale items discounted by 50% or more are priced to clear and cannot be returned.
  • International orders of 3 or more items returned in full (no items kept) incur an additional $20 restocking fee.
  • Returns and Exchanges to a local address in Sydney, Houston and Dorset.

How to Return or Exchange an Item?

Our online returns portal makes the process quick and easy. Have your order number and email address ready, then follow these steps:

  1. 1 Click the Start a Return / Exchange button above.
  2. 2 Follow the prompts to request a refund or exchange.
  3. 3 Print the prepaid return label at home or at your local postal outlet.
  4. 4 Attach the label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off for shipping.

Please Note: We do not accept liability for lost returns. Please retain your tracking details for reference.

Refunds

If your return qualifies for a refund, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item(s) once your return has been received and processed. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Once the return is processed you’ll receive a confirmation email
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for processing
  • Your refund will be credited back through your original payment method.

Restocking Fee for Orders of 3+ Items

Orders of three or more items returned in full (with no items kept) will incur a $20 restocking fee.

This helps cover the cost of international shipping, duties, garment handling, steaming, reprocessing, and transaction fees.

No restocking fee applies if at least one item is kept. Exchanges remain free and are not subject to this fee.

Environmental considerations

Shipping and returns have a measurable environmental impact. We kindly ask customers to shop thoughtfully and avoid placing large multi-size orders for try-on purposes.

Our aim is to reduce unnecessary transport emissions and minimise waste.
